The MFLS Series Medium-frequency Linear Vibrating Screen is a type of screening machine with a simple structure, higher screening efficiency, reliable operation, and lower energy consumption. It is suitable for screening, grading, dewatering, and desliming of various minerals, and is mainly used for coarse separation of discharges from ball mills and for coarse separation before high-gradient magnetic separators.

Main Features and Advantages of the Product:

(1) The MFLS series linear vibrating screen has a simple structure, high screening efficiency, reliable operation, and low energy consumption;  

(2) The side plate is designed with a seamless structure and assembled with HUCK rivets, which ensures its rigidity and eliminates residual stress, preventing deformation and cracking of the side plate;  

(3) The underscreen area is treated with sprayed polyurethane and equipped with easily replaceable wear-resistant protective plates, providing corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and wear resistance;  

(4) The screen plate is made of high-elasticity flexible polyurethane, which has a long service life and is less prone to clogging.
