Introduction
MLH series linear vibrating screen is an efficient screening machine independently developed by our company. By absorbing the advantages of similar vibrating screens at home and abroad, combined with our research on high-frequency vibrating fine screens and market demand, we successfully developed this new type and highly efficient vibrating screening mill. Furthermore, the MV electric vibrator is employed to replace the traditional eccentric vibrator so that the excitation vibration mode is more concise and reliable. The equipment is also equipped with the screens or sieve plates panel featuring anti-blocking anti-blinding, abrasion resistance and high opening rate open area. Owing to such unique characteristics, it is suitable for screening, stripping, the dehydrating, desliming and some other purposes in the nonferrous, the metallurgy and the coal industry.
Features
The vibration mode is excited by vibrating motors and involves the use of a new arrangement. Because the bearing capacity force loading of the motor shaft bearing is reasonable, the service life of the exciting motor is increased by two times, avoiding the problem that the bearings of original block eccentric vibration exciter is prone to damage. And as there is no transmission motor outside the screen box, the transverse occupation area is thus saved. The use of wear resistant and anti-clogging polyurethane mesh screen characterized by good grinding abrasion resistance performance and long service life reduces maintenance workload. It also enjoys excellent anti-blocking anti-blinding performance and stable screening index. With high opening rate open area and large processing capacity per unit of the screens, it therefore boasts a high production capability. It comes more rational that the screening machine with the width exceeding 3.6m is designed into two-way channels. The screening boxes of this type machine will all undergo a static and dynamic analysis, guaranteeing the strength and dynamic performance of the key parts of the screening machine.
